Canyons Virtual Academy (CVA) provides a course catalog to help middle school students (Grades 6-8) and parents select classes for credit completion. • Enrollment is for the entire school year, with transfers allowed at term breaks or by administrative approval.
• Students must be enrolled in a Canyons District boundary school. Non-district students need approval through Utah’s SOEP.
• Regular participation is mandatory, and failure to meet program requirements may result in removal.
• Courses are offered in quarter credits (.25 each); four quarters equal a full year (1 credit) of a subject.
